I bough a several copies a while ago and now it would not longer work properly before I get a subscription. Shame on you.

Why can’t I save my documentsss

Really loved this application but twice now my annotations will randomly disappear from the document which means I lose hours of work! There is no save button, so any edits should be automatically saved on the document, but after quickly switching to another app and back or briefly closing my iPad, all the annotations/highlights/text boxes etc. are gone! So frustrating that I can’t save the pdfs while working on them, reopening the app to a blank pdf after spending so long on my notes left me in tears lol

Freezing and losing documents

I have lost my documents that i worked on for the past 3 weeks because the app froze and stopped working then all documents disappeared. I contacted the customer service and they never got back to me.
Be careful everyone (especially students) of this app.

Xodo Reader mode

If you are looking to read PDF, Xodo is the best at it with its reader mode beating Adobe Reader. You only need to pinch in and out to adjust the font size.

Keeps deleting my edits!

It’s not automatically saving. I spent 2 hours writing. Once I exited the app, everything cleared.

Incredibly inconsistent

I use Xodo to annotate documents i store in google drive. When I first downloaded it, it was very useful in this regard – now it is about a 20% chance that the file will actually open, and if it does, my annotations will only be saved about half the time. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it, there are surely much more consistent apps to use out there.

Almost Perfect for Projector Sewing

I utilize Xodo to view pdf patterns on my projector to cut the pattern pieces I need. I love that I have the ability to choose which layers (sizes) are visible, making the cutting easier. The only thing I would ask is for Xodo to plllleeeeeeeease allow users to zoom with a percentage. It would be so much easier knowing I can calibrate my sewing patterns once, make a note of what the percentage is to get the 1”x1” square perfect, and simply input the percentage when I need to use the pattern in the future, versus having to pinch and pull each and every time. I don’t think that’s a big ask for an app I’m paying a subscription for.

Favorite app

This is my favorite PDF editing app. I haven’t found another one where you can view with two pages side by side, like a book, and scroll down to get to the next pages. I’m just annoyed at how it crashes sometimes. I use it anyways and export flattened versions regularly just to avoid everything disappearing (still happens sometimes). Every now and then I search for a better app but i still haven’t found one.
