Not worth it
Has absolutely no customer services and they do not respond to emails at all. The only way to reach customer service is by calling them which a lot of times people don’t want to call. It’s all apart of their scheme. Also withdrawals are almost impossible to take out as they freeze your funds and make it very hard to withdraw money unless you reach out to customer service which again you could only reach by calling them. I don’t win here to often I have won a few times its ok, I like the selection of games and promos are decent, however withdrawing your money takes way to long, all of the casinos are pretty fast ALOT are just about instant , there’s a couple that take a day or 2 but Harrahs seems to take the longest, if all other casinos can process your money fast why can’t Harrahs. They love to take your money, but they will not give it to you when you win. Beware of this site it will not pay out. I've been waiting five days for my money and there isn't even a phone number to call. Getting ready to contact the Better Business Bureau. 100 free spins but can’t use them?!?
This site is so full of it. They gave me 100 free spins supposedly however, whenever I tried to play a game with the free spins, I was unable to load any slot game. I called in and spoke with somebody who manually put in the hundred free spins, and I still was unable to use them. I tried on my phone. I tried on the computer. The person I spoke with, said they would escalate it to the proper department, and I would hear back from them, but surprise surprise I never did. Unbelieveable
For starters, the app is glitchy, poorly formatted and underkept.
My winnings are frozen in a withdrawal queue because I need to verify my identity with a bank statement :/ but it has been 2 days without verification. My card has been charged and my winnings are not being processed.
This app is scandalous and geared towards making any sort of winning process as difficult as possible. This is not the kind of casino app that you should get involved with. Instead, try draftkings, fanduel or betrivers; all of the above have better welcome bonuses, as well.

Worst Casino App in NJ
Harrahs is great at letting you deposit $$ but if you happen to win on any of their rigged games (classic BJ) being the worst. You’ll never see any withdrawals. They make it extremely difficult to take $ out of the site, many hoops to jump through and you’ll still never see your money for weeks. They have NO live dealers, which is why they can rig it. I’ve never seen a cpu dealer get such great hands consistently. Stay away. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. DraftKings is probably the best because of their promos, and 1X play through on bonus $$. I like FanDuel and Bet Rivers.
