What Happened?
Been playing blackjack here for many years and as a realistic online player I understand none of us are here expecting to win. We look for an occasional run of luck. Since the addition of all the games and since March something has changed. Completely helpless feeling. And whatever you do DO NOT double down! Something has changed and it’s obvious. 2 days later received another email say need documents?!
I tried to contact the only number that they have online - waited for more than 30 mins - no one answer the phone. 3 rd time I called - finally someone answered the phone and hung up!!! Been waiting for my winnings for 2 weeks. Customer service is NON existent. Sent several emails asking WHERE my money is and NOBODY has emailed be back. Virgin, Tropicana, they all give you your money straight into your bank account with a couple days. Unlike this joke of a company. THIEVES!um what??
Slow to Process Withdrawals
Avoid! Greedy, slowest online casino to approve withdrawals. Won’t pay out winnings. Had to file complaint with NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement . No less than five verification documents submitted and still no approval. This not a bank delay.reagan email

Not processing withdraw, customer service unresponsive
Requested a withdraw over 72 hours, status of withdraw states “awaiting process”. Sent all necessary documentation required to withdraw, still no updates and not processing. Customer service does not respond, has no live chat and r not accepting phone calls at this time. I would not recommend using harrahs online casino if u expect to withdraw your winnings, every other online casino I’ve used has a 24 hour live chat and gives an eta of when ur withdraw will be processed. The games keep giving me an error and kicking me off. And on one of the games I had $6 less then what I did when it kicked me off. Error error error! So annoying!Eylulm
You wait a an unreasonable long time for withdrawals
They make you wait at least 3-4 business days to process PayPal withdrawals. Other online casinos process PayPal withdrawals in 2-6 hours 24/7....so the only reason they take that long is they don’t like paying out and hope you cancel the withdrawal before it’s processed. I just downloaded this app because it sounded great to finally play with real money and after entering all of my personal information and successfully creating my account I received a large notification that I’m not in The state of New Jersey and I’m prohibited from wagering and using this app. And something about action being taken if I attempt to play.
