  • Very addictive and fun. Annoying, too.

This game is definitely most fun in the lower hundreds. But in the 300+ range, it gets so difficult that you just want to put it down. The spinner that gets you a daily reward is programmed to incentivize you to purchase spins or lasers. Even though your odds appear to be 50/50, it doesn’t really work this way. This is indicated by the fact that at lower levels you mostly need lasers. And instead, you get spinners at a 5 to 1 ratio or more. In the upper levels, this is reversed. You need free spins, but you get lasers at a 5 to 1 ratio or more. Ignore the advice from other raters about the accuracy of the laser. It is pinpoint accurate, but when you release it, if your finger moves even slightly you will go to a new Aimpoint. It’s not the game, but you that is the problem.

  • It’s gotten too difficult, not fun

There reaches a point where the levels are so difficult and require so much luck from the given shooter bubble options, you can’t get enough stars to move on. At that point it’s just not fun. It’s not “challenging” because it’s not about skill. It’s just hard because they make it that way.

There are so many ways they could change this. Let us swap bubbles to make strategic choices. Give us bombs or other power ups that can let us just MOVE ON from aggravating levels. Stop making levels that crash and fail from the first “drop” because they are designed with edge to edge chaos. Make it actually challenging instead of unlucky so we can feel a sense of accomplishment instead of just relief that the misery is over because they finally chose to give us the right bubbles in the right order for the lucky layout.

It starts to feel like it’s a personal point of pride with these folks, at which point it stops being about enjoyment for anyone.

  • Latest update horrible to me

I’ve been enjoying this for quite awhile but am often frustrated by sending a blue bubble into a group of blue bubbles only to see the bubble is red - oh, horrors!!! Of course you understand the colors could be any color group. But this newest update has taken any skill out of the spin. I try to spin from the perfect spot to get the freebie I want, the laser. Now, it’s random and I’m NOT a happy user. The spins are throwaways as far as I’m concerned. I never make in-app purchases. I’m a retired senior,I don’t have money to throw away on a game. If that’s what it takes to get back to enjoying the game, I’ll just delete it and move on. Fix it or I’m out.

  • Buttons

I do love this game, been playing for several years but Please add a setting where when you click to use a laser or spin that it asks you ‘are you sure you want to use spin’. It may seem annoying to have to click twice, but I can’t tell you how many times I accidentally hit one of those buttons and I didn’t mean to and it uses up one of my precious chances, usually I’m just getting up to do something real quick and I forget I have to close out of the screen so that I don’t accidentally hit them.
This would be a big help to this game, it is my major complaint. That and once you reach a certain level you have to get all 3 stars on almost every game to continue. But I do get it since I’m guessing that’s one of the ‘making it more difficult as you go along’ once you get so far in the levels.
But I would really like the ‘are you sure’ option! Would make this game perfect for me!

  • Hi

Bubble Cloud pulls you in until you get to the point where you can’t advance and are forced to delete the game or pay for spins and lasers. As far as I can see, having played the game for many moons, there comes a point when it doesn’t even help to store up your free spins and lasers. The game appears to have a set number of try’s for each level and you are required to go through the frustration of many many attempts before the game suddenly provides a configuration you can advance through. Playing this game is fine if you want to just rest your mind with meaningless drifting, but if you are even slightly competitive you’re in for many hours of frustration. I can understand that Valas is a company and they want to make $$$, but the game is incredibly frustrating and ends up being no fun to play. There comes a time when you just can’t win.

  • Laser doesn’t always point to where you want

My Honest Review of Bubble Cloud ... Beware : This game Cheats and the Laser does not always point to where you want to shoot ... Although , this game , like others , can be a place to just think 💭 about the day while lounging momentarily after Work or trying to relax ; however , It is also a game that will purposely go out of its own way to try to Con you and get you to pay 💰to play ... Most times when you aim or pinpoint your Laser at the area you intend to target 🎯 the game causes you to miss the target 🎯 area ... Spinners assist momentarily for a couple of seconds until the wheel Swiftly Accumulates more clusters and branches that stick out to purposely cause you to to hit the out of zone area ... It is Annoying and very Frustrating ... I am a Perfectionist by nature and try to get 3 stars ; however, I have found myself getting 1 or 2 stars and going back later to complete the 3 ...I am far along in the game , way up in the 100s at this point and most with 3 stars ; however, it’s not easy ... To be Challenging can be good as certain Challenges could be good for healthy Brain 🧠 Cell activity ; however, to Cheat is Dishonest , and This Crazy Dishonest game Definitely CHEATS For Sure ... I Really can’t see where this game would deserve anymore than 2 stars ... Also it’s very repetitive of levels and very few levels are different or unique ... Best to Keep your Money 💰 and Save up on your Daily spins ...

  • My favorite game on iPhone.

I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s challenging, simple, and doesn’t require waiting for plays to accumulate. You also don’t have to spend any money to get through. I’ve 3 star’s every single level in the game, and it’s taken an incredible amount of time and patience, and that’s what I love about it. This is not a game for immediate satisfaction. You have to work at it, be patient, and eventually the stars align and you get through. I love that some levels seem absolutely impossible. It makes it all the more satisfying when, on the umpteenth or umphundredth time, you get it bang on. I eagerly wait for the new levels. Keep em coming!

  • It used to be more fun

I was addicted to this game for a long time until they decided that you need all three stars in each puzzle to continue on. Also, if you’re doing really well on a game then all of a sudden when you send a ball directly into a same-color group, that ball goes no where near it! In order to clear a puzzle you can’t make more than 3 or 4 mis-hits. This game has become another money-making game bc you need to buy more spins to try and clear the balls. Over level 20 it gets extremely difficult and frustrating.
I’ve also just noticed after playing past game 22...you aim the ball at a certain spot to clear colors but it always avoids that spot and hits a color nearby. I know it sounds like I’m a sore loser...NO! Try it out for yourself. The developer has rigged it somehow that when you’ve been extremely accurate on previous levels all of a sudden it takes over the direction! That’s it for me with this game. If I was able to change the stars to rate this game I’d give it a 1 !

  • Fun and Challenging (maybe excessively)

I really enjoy the game, especially when there is a clever configuration for the bubbles. There is always anticipation when you enter a new set of levels, and the floating bubbles to build suspense is a nice touch. The daily spin is very generous and a lifesaver!

As the levels progress however, it does seem to get less clever and excessively difficult, by adding bubbles that take multiple shots to uncover, on top of reusing the more challenging configurations. I would describe it as a “quantity vs. quality” situation. It takes a long time to beat levels, but not because they are more enjoyable, just more tedious.

  • Game Rewards are Deceiving

Good game, but you generally need to stockpile the Laser and Spin tools to get 3 stars in the advanced levels. Between the two, the Laser is the more powerful tool, as it gives you precise aim of the shooter. The Spin allows you to continue even if the level ends before breaking the glass at the center. Bundles of Lasers or Spins can be purchased, or you can collect a free Laser/Spin with the Daily Free Gift wheel. You are also occasionally rewarded with a Laser or Spin after completing a level with 3 stars. However, it is irritating that the free daily gift doesn’t provide a 50/50 distribution of Lasers/Spins as the wheel would suggest. I currently have over 20 Spins and 0 Lasers. The makers of the game should either change the appearance of the wheel to reflect the actual chances of winning each tool, or change the the spinner so that it produces an even distribution. For that reason, I rate the game 2 stars, otherwise it would be higher.
