  • Stop the spam!

    I cannot stand receiving 30 sms messages a day from STC/ SAWA!
    Why is there not an option on the app to remove the non-stop offers!

    Outstanding app. keep the hard work well done.
  • Doesnโ€™t allow canceling of numbers

    Unfortunately the app is short of delivering a full fledged service to its customers. It mainly focuses on what can benefit STC most . I have been trying to cancel a line i have and the MySTC App or via Phone support and both are unable to do that. They request a visit the branch. All branches closed due to Covid19. A big inconvenience that is purposely put in place to make customers life more difficult while technically can ease be supported in the App.

    I really like how STC made the customers get full access to their numbers by using only this app without going or visiting STC office.

  • The new app is not efficient

    The new application update is terrible, before I can see all numbers under me add services to my family, now each time we have to call each other for authentication every single time
    The information show in the dashboard is not efficient and the information I need are not there

    This is a much better app than the previous version. Recharge works with Apple Pay and credit card much better. The app menus are much clearer than before.
  • Wonโ€™t switch between numbers.

    Need an update as the primary number wonโ€™t switch instantly and sometime doesnโ€™t change at all. Or else there must a feature where you can access an account in sort of a different page of all the numbers under the ID.

    Iโ€™m very impressed by this app and itโ€™s features. With this app, you literally donโ€™t need to waste your time and contact the customer support. Everything can be done through the app, from modifying your plans to getting a new phone number.
  • Worst service ever

    Disappointing customer service. Already paid down payment for fiber connection, and the installer did not arrive two appointments due to technical problem with new landline number.
