Poor services
The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the token I had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor STC should think of privatization or induct foreign partner to improve servicesShow lessanwarsaeedulhasan

Old version I was able to access all my numbers from the same app. Now I canโt, plus the fact that I canโt access the app without sms password is very frustrating. Since I was abroad and my phone didnโt work with my STC sim I couldnโt do anything.NajlaHH
