Phase 2, Stage B & C
I love using this app! I am in Phase 2 going from Stage B to C. The alternate dumbbells chest press goes from 6 reps each to “6a” on Stage C. I am not sure the difference. If there isn’t any difference I cannot tell what is different about Stage B and C. I hope my question makes sense.

I am really surprised by this app and the NOFF Strength series. It breaks everything down for you with pictures, video, and a timer. If you push yourself it will leave you with your hands on your knees, sucking wind.
