No floating spirits
Game was supposed to have an update to give us the Christmas event. A lot of us got a small update, not the big one required to play the new event! Update not available, no floating spirits, it has been days and still no fix to this problem. Meanwhile the event is going on without us. Similar mess happened during the Halloween event and a lot of people never got to finish it. All that work and time for nothing. Very sad!

I love this game. Visuals are amazing. It would be nice to get more unique stamps. They should be available in the dice game and the pets chest items.

Unable to load game
Game wants me to download new data. I have plenty of unused memory on my tablet but the data will get to 41% and then stop loading. My tablet is uptodate with OS and plenty of available storage. I notice that other players have the same problem. When are the developers going to fix this bug?

Game is broken
The game is broken. Sometimes When you finish a task the game resets as if the task was never done. Please fix the game. It’s so frustrating as the tasks are never that simple. You have to do it all over again as the game is broken.

I am having the same problem as Ballroom, my game just won’t download the latest updates, l have tried everything and don’t know what else to do, can someone please help, I am hanging to get back into the game

I downloaded the latest update and my game was kicked off my ipad. Very strange indeed. I can’t download it on my imac either. 3 day wait list for support. Not happy.
