App doesn’t work
Spent lots of time on this app and it is not intuitive, it worked for a short time and has failed ever since. Has never worked as promised by installers. Very disappointed

My customer has updated the app and now when you press the speaker in the iPhone app it has a very loud hiss (white noise). He used to press the speaker button on the app and be able to hear the birds chirping clearly but now too much white noise/ hiss. Think speaker amplifier set to high. Update on the 8/9 th did not fix it.
