Won’t let me log in my account without a phone
My work phone was listed plus email. Work phone no longer works and their stupid system won’t let me log in at all as they don’t do two factor through email only through a phone that doesn’t exist. The APP seems to run well and user friendly for the most part. This is only for things I use the APP, and I do not do much. Just transfer and check balance. The only reason I do not put 5/5, is because of negative experiences in person.—-maybe
Basic but Solid Banking App from LaCap FCU
The LaCap App covers almost all your banking needs. It lets you deposit checks, pay bills, check your balances, and do most of your banking needs right in the App. What it doesn’t do is provide a good way to manage your Visa or Visa Debit Cards. Fortunately, there’s a second app for that LaCap Card Manager. With both these apps installed, you have all the features that you need! It took me a while to figure out that the second Card Manager App was something I wanted, but now that I have both, I’m much better off.Show lessPrairie_Dog
Fantastic Credit Union App
Been a customer for a long time. App is very easy to use like being able to transfer funds; pay bills; check balances when ever I want. The depositing of checks is super easy and quick.Sandy's Granny

I totally love this app and do most of my banking through the mobile app. The simplicity of checking my balance, depositing checks, transferring funds and accessing negotiated checks is amazing. But of course I miss the great staff over at my local Metairie LaCap branch.rob on the bayou

Courtesy Fee For No Reason
The courtesy fee is usually for when you pay for something and you don’t have enough money to cover it. But they did a charge of 30 dollar transaction of a courtesy fee 3 times in one day, when I still had a few hundred in my account. I can’t get any gas, food, or help. I called 2 times and they said that they will fix it, but they are still charging me courtesy fee just for existing still to this day. I have negative hundreds of dollars because of them. They took 120 dollars from me in one day and are doing another 130 dollar gold just becauseShow lesss do g red skckd

Outstanding
This app is everything I would expect from LaCap. It is easy to navigate and understand. I am able to get the information I need and perform the tasks I need to. The few times I have had a problem, I have been able to get friendly and effective help from the helpline. I wish every app I use was as good as this one. I highly doubt it.Show lessWindylou501
