Love the app, but crashes when opening Favorites?

Audio & Video
Since the last few updates the video feeds stop in mid playback.

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it! Please note that you should have the latest version of iOS installed. Clearing the cache on your smartphone might also help. We will anyways look into the technical issues with the video feeds and try to improve them as much as possible.
Settings
The setting to turn off the sound doesn’t stay off. This is on Apple TV.

Hello, we are sorry that the sound settings are not working for you. Normally, you can easily switch the sound on and off in the main menu at the top under "settings". I have just tested it and it works perfectly. If the problem persists, please contact us again. Kind regards from the feratel team

It’s still a great app being able to view places I’m going or have been, I do miss the fact that I use to view past dates and time hoping to see myself waving 👋
Terrible Update
I have just updated this once brilliant app. Feratel what on earth were you thinking of with this update - so disappointing. The new layout in my opinion is simply terrible.

I can see all the snow conditions and it picks up at a lot of places.
Needs music
Love the app just wish the music would work on the app jUst like the website!
Great app sometimes?
I love watching the seasons change throughout all of my favourite ski resorts with this app. My only disappointment is that after looking at approximately ten webcams the app crashes, so I give five stars when it works well and only one star when it crashes 😤
Some glitches!
Shame there are only a few cameras in Switzerland at the moment, and, in Salzburg not one at Konigsee! Otherwise a quite good app.
Great, just 3 things missing........
Really enjoy looking at the different webcams and also in the Feratel PanoramaTV Samsung Smart TV app. There are just 3 things missing. On the smart TV app as you look at the cams, it plays nice music, on the app its just quiet, and 2ndly more cams are needed please. More in the USA would be great, and finally would really love the flying cam to be updated more often. It's currently a the time of writing from June.
