Distance range
Documentation says 18 meters without obstacle. Reality is somewhere between 3 and 4 meters max.
The bulb usually points to ceilling or floor. Therefore the antenna is not properly oriented for maximum reach.Dmststst
Pretty good
This bulb and companion app is alright; it exceeded my expectations at least. The UI works pretty well, though it feels a little dated and clunky. It never gets updated, so it would be nice to see a slicker app with HomeKit integration.gale691
Usually works ok, but latest version doesn't!
The latest version of the app doesn't work. The app launches but doesn't detect any devices! I have confirmed that this is the case with multiple iPhones and iPads, and have also tried testing with multiple peripherals as well! This has only started occurring on version 2.2.2 distributed on 4th October 2015.Show lessbeninabox_uk
This app is incredible and a must have for LED lighting
After the fixed bug in the last update, this app is once again beyond amazing. It has a very easy to use interface with amazing and innovative functions to make the most out of your LED lights! I would highly recommend! (Also, use this app for LED CONCEPTS Halo kits)Bluedeer12345

Does not allow you add bulbs
Old version of the app allowed you to see the bulb and interact with it. This version can see the bulbs but will not allow you to interact with it. Could be good if it worked!tomarran
