Needs update
I am out of the country for three months and made the mistake of updating my iPad now I can’t see my cameras because Lorex has not updated this app. Can you please update this and not leave me and many other people hanging.

Update your apps
I am operating 3 different lorex security systems and I need you to update your apps or I won’t be staying with your product. Your apps haven’t been updated for months on the apple platform.

Really liked the app until it no longer worked on IOS 11. Developer needs to update the app. Sure would be nice to monitor the wireless camera set up I bought.

Does not work with iOS 11 on miniiPad
I use my iPad 24/7 at home, but now I can’t monitor my 8 cameras because that App has not been update to work on an iPad mini... The App did its job while it worked on iOS 10, works fine on the iPhone 7 Plus so far. No complaints. That is why it’s a 3, it needs to work across all my devices.
PLEASE UPDATE ASAP
A robbery happened at my business which can have been truly avoided if this app would be updated more frequently especially when a new version of IOS has came out, please update ASAP . Very sad with what happened to me at my business and would have been avoided if I could have had my cameras running on my iPad pro .

Obsolete after 1 year of purchase
I bought these cameras and about a year later they are obsolete. I understand technology keeps advancing but at least the company should support the product a few years after being obsolete. At least update this APP so I can use my cameras. I will not be purchasing Lorex again. Do NOT waste your money.

J’ai contacté lorex et ils n’ont pas vraiment de solution. Il recommande d’essayer l’application :RXCamLink en mentionnant qu3 ça fonctionnerait peut être pas.
J’ai essayé et ca ne fonctionne pas. J’ai payé 428$ et ça fonctionne plus c’est special. Je vais faire officiellement une plainte.

Updating iOS 11.....
Now that we have updated apple devices....unable to view the system on mobile devices....please update this app so we can use it.....thank you...was a great system......
