Works great so far but I'm giving it one star because they won't update the app to work with future iOS updates. I'm waiting to update ALL of my apps, phone, and iPad until this one is done....at least until those things are affected. Then I will need a new SECURITY system unless this is updated. Step up people- you have a great system!

Doesn't work
So frustrating this app doesn't work and I'm now getting messages from Apple that this app will not work with future operating system updates. PLEASE update this app so we are able to remotely check our cameras - this is a SECURITY system after all. Would NEVER have purchased this camera security system had I known the customer service and app were so pathetically deficient.

Needs a total rewrite and will stop working soon.
The app is so old it throws an iOS warning stating the developer needs to update the app and it will slow down the device. It is also not 64-bit compatible which means it will not even be compatible with iOS 11 this fall. The UI is also pretty bad and nerds a general redesign for better usability.

When I purchased this product back April, the app was highly unreliable. However, for the last few months, it's been working like a champ and connects every time. Perhaps some updates have been made to the app in recent months. I'm giving it 4 stars since it was useless 6 months ago.
Does NOT work on iPad
I have been trying to connect to my iPad and believe the software is not intended to run on this device. I do have connectivity via my iPhone 6+ but have never been able to find software to connect my cameras to my iPad.

The app works about 40 percent of the time! I have emailed lorex and no reply! They just don't seem to care! Some companies would answer people's questions or comments, not lorex! You have several apps and non of them are above 3 stars! Just crap!!!!! Spend your money somewhere else, and with a company that seems to care what they costumers think! Never purchase another lorex product ever again!!!!!

Works Great!!!
Disregard all the negative reviews, the app works great it you follow the instructions on how to use it. I was also frustrated at first until I read the instructions located in the settings/help (settings is the gear like icon on the bottom left side).
Unable to playback video
This app is extremely slow and will not permit playback on my ipad or iphone.
Makes me wish I never purchased Lorex
This is our 3rd Lorex system and you would think they would understand we need them to get better, not worse! This app is total crap and we bought this 24 camera system to us on the road. Totally worthless guys! Never connects or stays connected, have to reinstall over and over, total junk! Next time we are buying Q-See!!!!
