What’s wrong?
I downloaded the app and I was so excited to see the eagles live🦅😁 but when I was about to see the eagle the screen was gray with a crossed out play button 🤨. I tried resetting it but it didn’t do anything🥺. If I’m doing something wrong please tell me and if it is a bug please fix it.🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.

This app was great last year! New season and I go to check on my eagles and I get a blank screen. Any plans to fix it?

It’s never available to view. What is going on??? It doesn’t matter when I try, it’s always blank. Please fix this. Would love to view them.

If you like nature, you should not pass up the opportunity to get this app! I have been watching this since there were only eggs in the nest. Watching them hatch, and now watching as they get bigger by the day, is really amazing. I will be checking in, not just every day, but several times a day until they finally fledge. At that point, I will be counting the days until I get to watch this again next year.
MAY 14, 2017 -What has happened? I haven't been able to see anything on either nest for over 2 weeks. Very upsetting! I was watching several times a day. My mother and sister also watch and they have the same problem. There is no way to use the support feature on this app to send a message. I hope someone reads this and can fix the problem.
