Confusing and poor
A theoretically good product let down by poor software and no support. My card is locked with username and password and there not help finding what those might be or how to apply for an account. It went in the bin but my money never returned.Mike-snapper

It simply does not work, and the app is very outdated. It will temporarily connect, get to the preview screen, and then crash once you try to transfer anything. Tried on multiple different phones including androids. Complete waste of money.Wideopenthrottle

Cheap Chinese junk
Nice idea but constantly crashes and disconnects and then won’t reconnect. Also won’t accept the password of eight 9’s until eventually it will. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a different one here in Australia. I’ll put it down to a learning curve.Ausexplorer

Yep have found similar issues, APP crashes , constant issues with dropping WiFi in phone , seems a waste of money so far . Using it with 32gb micro SD.mygod another name
Always crashing
The WiFi connection establishes and is stable but the application “loses” it on any operation, causing fatal crash. Totally useless app and as such the card adapter cannot be utilized.Dibutilftalat
