You know what I hate? I hate apps that claim to be free and a few days later, everything is locked with purchase messages! That is the case with this app. Why not tell people what the charge is up front rather than bait and switch tactics. This Is The One
You know how you download a bunch of apps looking for the one that’s going to work best and then delete all the ones that did not work… well, this is the one you’re going to keep. How it works: It allows you to first trace the letters and then leaves you to do it without tracing. The challenges help you get precise because you’re being graded and if you get the letter wrong, it resets until you’ve got it down. It also shows you several different styles and it teaches you how different angles of the quill, or calligraphy pen, affect the letter. It is worth the money.Show lessBraham

DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY THIS APP!!!! At first I thought it would be stupid like most of the other calligraphy apps. But, when I went in the app it was amazing. There are different brush and angle settings, you can trace over the shapes, and there are many different fonts for the calligraphy. But, one flaw (in my opinion) is that in the main level (I think) there is a score and it does not let you pass to the next letter unless you score is very high (not sure exactly because I never passed (b.) ) But, there is a level/stage where you can either just practice the letters or start from the beginning completely with techniques etc. (ect. This is a real practical way of learning calligraphy without the mess and frustration. Coupled with “tradditinal” practice, this is a grand tool to aid and teach you your strokes and pen grips.AlexisArman

I already know calligraphy but this is great to continue to exercise it. Great for beginners too. Would like to see words and sentences in the Paid version. Please add “mechanical” or “Architectural” printing used in drafting plans and engineering drawings.

What a great way to teach, the almost lost art of, cursive writing. Cursive really needs to be put back into the school system.
