Been using for 4 years, very solid app

Recently downloaded the app to my iPhone and like the way it works. Still have to fully set it up, but looks like you can enter a call quicly and email an invoice to the client. Nice! There are some movies that show how the app works which was all I needed to get started, although the guy is a little slow for me. The look of the app is great and it is very fast.

Using Now for 5 years - Very useful updates!

This one does a lot for the time it takes to use. I can keep track of by work orders and customers, calculate and email an invoice and keep up with my parts and supplies . There is a learning curve and it takes some time to understand and setup, but itโ€™s well worth the effort.
Iโ€™m in area that often have poor connectivity so I needed a app that had everything on my device. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall, I would definitely recommend for technicians of all types..

Program does a lot, Craftsman Book a blessing

This program does a lot more than the basic invoicing programs out there that have 5 screens. To get the most out of it, take your time, read the Help and watch some of the movies. You will get the most out of the app and won't get frustrated! Yes, there are InApp purchases, but the standard app can do more than others I have used. Much better than paying by the month forever.

Update with Craftsman cost book is awesome.

Couldnโ€™t find anything close to this app for the price. Well thought out and executed although not without quirks. In addition to the base app I bought the Cloud Sync and Statements programs. There is a ton of help with screenshots in the app that really explain everything if youโ€™re willing to take a little time to learn. The how-to movies are okay. Text msg help quickly answers my questions.

Fast, Easy and Accurate & Good value!

I am a stickler for details. I like to track every aspect of my service business and provide correct and complete invoices to my customers. This app keeps track of inventory quantities and costs without a lot of extra steps. Basically, the app thinks like I do so itโ€™s perfect for me. Would recommend for any field detail oriented business.

Good customer service.

Fantastic Program - Great Prices too

The base program does a lot. Even with the All In-Apps the cost is less than $20. Way more functionality than my old app that was $9.99 Per Month!

I can do everything i need on my iPad. Appointments, estimates, billing, everything. No connection or server required and I donโ€™t worry about who is controlling my data.

Help function has answered all of my question and the program seems to be rock solid. There is a learning curve for some of the more sophisticated features, but the effort is well worth it.

Clunky

I recently started a handyman business and was referred to what I thought was this app by a website. Turns out it was "Service Call" they were referring to, not "Service Call Pro". The app is cheaply done, clunky, and if you want to write invoices, or track sales you have to purchase that in app for $9.99 more. Wasted $7.99 because I didn't research enough before purchasing, which is completely my fault, just don't want others to make the same mistake. Purchased the correct app for $5.99 and there are no more purchases to be made after that. Service Call is much easier to use, and is a better formatted app altogether. Service Call does not track sales, but I'm ok with as I will use Quickbooks regardless.

Does it all!

This app really does it all, estimates, invoicing, billing accounting and client management. After paying monthly fees and having to use apps in cloud I found this one. For what it cost, it is truly amazing. Once setup each call can be entered in just a few minutes. In addition, the Client Connect In-App letโ€™s me easily reach out to my customers with templates for every purpose: thank you, reminders, running late, etc. How to movies and help make support a breeze. Would highly recommend.
