  • Not worth a monthly/yearly subscription

    Used the old app SwiftScan Pro. Really liked it but definitely will not be upgrading for 80 dollars a year. That is way to much for an app that does not get used very often. Will look elsewhere for alternatives, as I am not paying again because I already bought an older version.
  • Ai daily limit reached and never resets

    Hi I reached the daily limit days ago and it hasn't reset. I was enjoying the app till that happened. Every day that goes by it tells me "You have exceeded our daily limit, please try again tomorrow." It never resets.
  • Horrible after update

    Latest updates removed most features, added forced watching of ads… and then after a couple of scans blocks use of the app unless you pay up. Deleted and no longer recommended.
  • Subscription?

    Paid for the app a while back. Now I get blasted with ads for a subscription to drain more money out of me. So disappointed.

    Hi there, if you've purchased the application then you shouldn't see ads. Please go to app settings > Support to email our support team and let them know about the issues you've reported.

  • Got a new phone now app won’t work

    I purchased a new phone and now I can’t scan and all of my previous documents are unavailable!

    I can see them on my old phone and can use the app on my old phone but none of the info transferred over AND it’ll only let me scan 2 pages AND will only let me pass by making a purchase!

    This needs fixed

  • Very efficient!

    Love this app. Have been using it for a couple years. I love that I can direct it where to save in multiple Gmail accounts.

    I have had one issue recently that after I scan one receipt when I try to scan the next one, it says that the camera isn’t available so I have to shut down the app and re-open it which I find frustrating. Would love to fix this!

  • Good app but aggressive billing

    This is the best scanner app out there that I’ve found - but I have been unimpressed with how aggressive it’s been with pushing subscriptions. I purchased the app for a one-time fee a few years ago and at that stage they said they’d continue to offer the features I’d already purchased without needing to buy a subscription - which they did… until a few months ago. I got pretty annoyed but, after failing to find any other apps that did what I want, I decided to buy a one year subscription, which I then cancelled to stop it rebilling later automatically. Now, every time I open the app it interrupts me to tell me to buy a new subscription. All in all, if there was any other choice I’d go elsewhere because I find this to be way too aggressive.

  • Updated Review

    The developer contacted me and clarified that they had not intentionally taken any features from my original version and there must have been a bug or glitch in the program. I do have all of my features back and am a satisfied customer.

    PREVIOUS UPDATE:
    I had complained that features I had paid for had been moved to the subscription version only. I started using the new Notes app instead. I noticed that many many others were complaining of the same thing. We were talking tonight about feeling ripped off and I went into the app to show friends the issues we had…. I was surprised to find that all of my previous features are BACK! It appears at least for now that the authors have reconsidered and realized that they shot themselves in the foot. My review has now gone back to the opinion that this is the best scanning app I have used for my phone. If the authors come up with some cool new features, I will probably be willing to pay (once - not a $10 subscription) to upgrade. Thank you writers of the app for rethinking the business model. You have a happy customer back.

    Hi there, thanks for your review. Just so you know, we never removed any of your paid permissions on purpose (and we would never do that). There may have been a bug or a server outage that was causing that. We appreciate your kind words.
