Comically bad

I use videopad on my desktop very often so decided to give it a try on mobile as I'd be familiar with the layout and it was a terrible idea.

First off, the UI is abysmal, theres no way to navigate where you're up to in the video without zooming out and zooming in on a tiny bar (which is incredibly difficult to get right)

Additionally, there's seemingly no way to select multiple clips on the tracks in order to mass copy/paste.

After 30 minutes of trying to literally just copy/paste a 2 second video file, with the second one reversed to form a longer video loop, I finally exported the file.

The export system is seemingly broken. The file was completely distorted, random colours filled the screen in big bars and it was completely unintelligible.

Absolutely do not waste your time on this finnicky app, try the desktop version instead which is far better and easier to use, and also has a functioning export system.

Good app to learn on

I was new to video production and I found this app easy to learn the ropes. No it’s not perfect but I’m still learning and there are things that frustrate getting things done but you can still produce quality videos with ease.

In-App Purchases

I hate In-App Purchases.
Just sell me a license to use all the app outright. None of this Blackmail Tactics to extort more money from me so I can use the app without running into a brick wall every time I want to use another part of the app to Finnish the project. In-App Purchases is a bad ideal whose time has come to put an end to it. Be a leader, not a follower, and lead the way to ending In-App Purchases!

Constantly crashes

My computer is new and works well but videopad doesnt stop crashing and glitching what a trashy program

Still bad 2 years on

Use this on my PC so familiar with it. However it is worse than useless on iPad Pro M2. You can’t drag clips into place which is really key feature that should work. It will move the sound of a clip 10 to 15 sec forward. The scroll bar on the timeline goes really small or really large. It’s a really bad beta version. DaVinci Resolve works on M2 chips and not perfect yet, is free and doesn’t have ads like this does. In fact the pop ads are the only thing that works. If u email the help desk, you have to pay to get an answer but only allowed three questions so that is just an revenue gathering exercise

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I LOVE THIS APP!! THAT IS SO COOL!!!!!

Don’t see some Video FX

So when I went effects to do something in the video, Hue Cycle is gone and I think some of them is gone also can you add them back?

Got scammed out of 9.99

In the purchase section there is an option to unlock all effects and stuff and when you pay for it all the features will still be locked. Total rip-off

VERY BORING REVAMP

So last month you updated VideoPad? What I see in the revamp is all of the effect from the pc. And for some reason, you had to put all of the audio effects in a subscription for $14.99!!!! In the very last update, you didn’t put the audio effects to a subscription. So on your next update, please take the audio effects out of a subscription so that we can edit easily without having to buy a subscription!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
