Not functional
Our practice has been in the dark for weeks. The app won't open at all for any of us. We just get a text alert and have to call the patient. Essentially no different than a pager. We have notified the company but no fix has been offered
Horrible service since acquisition
They had a cyberattack almost 3 weeks ago and it has not been functional since. I understand that is a difficult situation. What is not acceptable is their lack of communication. There has been no contact with providers as to when it will be operational again. We are receiving no response to our queries. The customer service before the acquisition was great, now clearly it is zero. We will be moving to another service. They can’t be relied on anymore.
