Addictive, Ads Need Work
Only downloaded this game because the Simpsons version was taken off the App Store. I instantly became obsessed with it and can’t stop playing! I only have one complaint and it’s the ads. I don’t mind watching a video to progress a game. I will sit for hours and do this. However, this isn’t possible in this game. I don’t know it this is a bug, or on purpose. Either way, it’s a huge headache for me. It encourages me to play the game less. Here’s the problem: I can watch a couple of videos back to back - but only if I watch them immediately. This often means that I can only speed up the process of one character or building. After a couple of videos, the ability to watch videos is taken away. This will last for hours. I have gotten into the habit of only playing this game once every few hours. Then I have to sit and wait. If this is intentional to not let people farm, then I totally get it. But that should be disclosed. Like a pop up that says “hey you’ve watched your limit of videos. Come back in x amount of time.” Ya know? Either way, still love the game.

I use to play this game thinking of starting a new account cuz I can’t get into my old one but if it’s about to shut down like tapped out I don’t want to

Just got the vip pass and the game crashed but it says i still purchased it but i still dont got it??!? Am i eligible for a refund

Awsome game but buggy and almost everything is behind a paywall
I love this game and have been playing it more since tapped out ended.
the difference in the amount of micro transactions is terrible and the game is very buggy and the text sometimes overlaps and goes off screen and the season pass and events are really glitchy, poorly made and can’t be played without spending 20$ but it’s a good game otherwise.

Takes ages to get stuff, feels like an advert app
Everything takes a while to get plus constantly asking to buy stuff. Probably will remove the app shortly. I don’t mind spending money on a app but this app is not worthy of my coin.

Is there a limit to how many ads u can watch, I have the option but can’t watch any?

Long time player and fan
Downloaded for the first time in 2014 and just redownloaded it this week and frankly I’m a bit disappointed. Actions still take forever (4-12hrs), and the number of ads you can watch to speed things up is limited.
Another big concern is the Facebook integration: it’s pointless. All it does is save your progress since you can’t actually add friends anyway. Inviting them does nothing and, to my knowledge, doesn’t even notify the other person.
The biggest concern I have is that this game does NOT fit my screen. I don’t know if this is a problem with all Pro Max models, but I have the 14PM and event buttons on the side of the screen hang off and words in pop up boxes are getting cut off. It looks like I should be able to scroll down to see the rest of the text but I can’t.
Really hope the developers can make some much needed updates and bug fixes soon

Not long enough to complete events
Like the game love getting new characters why it’s starting to get a bit frustrating now with events one character for 8 hours and only a chance to get items that you need asks for way to much in the time given, should be less items or at least get it always, event I’m doing now will never finish it because off these issues also could maybe use other characters to help collect items you need, even watching the videos you still don’t receive the items and there’s to much going on you need them to rest after attacking someone or thing you need the stuff from them to then make something else gets a bit frustrating as you never going to get all the event characters and that’s why I do them. Not sure if I continue much longer if it keeps up like this feels like the developers are trying to force us to buy clams to complete events and I can not afford to do that, if you’re not bothered about event playing is a good game if you just looking for one to pop on every few hours
