I have a TargetVision and being computer challenged I often have issues and how to set it up get it work. Every time I call target vision I actually speak with someone who resolve my issue. Their customer service is excellent. I hate leaving a message and I hate press one press to press three but I even dislike Morris look it up on our website and do it yourself. Again they have excellent customer service. I love the camera when I get it to work but that’s not their problem it’s my lack of computer skills.Show lessTexas hand man
2.4 update crashes

Apple Frustration
Multiple failures using iPhone and iPad. Even with android products you will get times when things just “lose sight”. If used on a range with multiple cameras it seems the failure rate for connection goes way up. Might be an interference issue.dfsa
So contact Target Vision and get a friendly representative. There was no paperwork with my unit. Called and told it would be sent out. Called a month later and told again it was going to be sent out. Three months to date and still nothing. Same with an update in the program so Apple products are more reliable.
Owner/operation is a joke. Software poorly developed. Support is all talk and no action.Show lessapple frustration
Update 2.4 does not work
Updated to 2.4 on a currently updated Ipad and the app opens then closes right away. Not good. Deleted the app, re-downloaded a new copy, which is a previous version, and it works again. Not sure what’s wrong with the update, but 2.4 did not work for me.ADurer
App does not work on iPhone

Needs a fix
Used version 2.2 and everything was fine. New update crashes as soon as it opens. Pretty worthless system without a working way to view the cam! Tried going to the support site and it doesn’t exist anymore!tac2d
Completly Broke
After the update, app will not open. App closes as soon as you try to open it. Tried on 2 different iPads.Douglas1968

Great camera system with an "usable" App
First off, I love the camera system. Fantastic and easy to use. So, I don't want to beat the app up too much because I understand the system has been from the ground up. However, a few features I'd like to see would be auto shot tracking and an ability to kill the icons on my screen during shooting (comes in handy when you're working on a small iPhone screen).Show lessMattAmos
