Super easy to open an account but man everything else runs like molasses. When you try to chat you talk to a robot. When you call them you talk to a person that acts like a robot. You send a transfer and it takes almost 2 weeks to arrive which makes you go into a panic. Then on a Monday at 7am it arrives. Why couldn’t it have arrived on Friday to save me from another anxiety ridden weekend? You try to pay a bill and it takes 24 hrs to find out if your request to raise your daily limit to pay that bill is accepted, because it is more than your daily allowance. Then you get a ok to pay that bill only to find out they accepted your request but gave you the wrong amount by 27 cents. Another 24 hrs to wait for them to hopefully add those 27 cents. What?? So odd. I appreciate the security but some common sense would save me some time, hair and wrinkles. Maybe if you aren’t a basic digital account customer they might treat you better.Show lesslillueulilli

I’ve had this app for about 4 years. It was good in the beginning. Now it will have more erros than you can actually make a transaction, and when you call customer service they tell to delete your info and put it back when there’s nothing wrong with it.Vinny2204
