You get what you pay for

Super easy to open an account but man everything else runs like molasses. When you try to chat you talk to a robot. When you call them you talk to a person that acts like a robot. You send a transfer and it takes almost 2 weeks to arrive which makes you go into a panic. Then on a Monday at 7am it arrives. Why couldn’t it have arrived on Friday to save me from another anxiety ridden weekend? You try to pay a bill and it takes 24 hrs to find out if your request to raise your daily limit to pay that bill is accepted, because it is more than your daily allowance. Then you get a ok to pay that bill only to find out they accepted your request but gave you the wrong amount by 27 cents. Another 24 hrs to wait for them to hopefully add those 27 cents. What?? So odd. I appreciate the security but some common sense would save me some time, hair and wrinkles. Maybe if you aren’t a basic digital account customer they might treat you better.

Not happy

I’ve had this app for about 4 years. It was good in the beginning. Now it will have more erros than you can actually make a transaction, and when you call customer service they tell to delete your info and put it back when there’s nothing wrong with it.

I have been using this bank over 2 years now and I highly recommend for a person that needs financial supports for his investment, very secure, and the easy way to send money from the United States to brazil with the best dollar rate, reliability and security, if you wire transfer money to your inter global account before 2 pm the money will be there same day, it’s only takes 4 seconds to convert from your global account to your inter digital account in brazil, at no cost. I love it. Keep up inter !!! You guys are the best !!!!.

They are holding my money and do not refund it as promised in 48 hours. I called their phone number I emailed and they are still holding my money it has been almost a month

Be careful they will blocked your account and asked you to call after you call your account will be blocked permanently and cancel your transfer and said your balance is been investigate by internal departments and customer service wont assist you still counting days been almost 2weeks will need to report this app to an agency
