Could be better
App serves its purpose. Can get on see all usage and pay bill. Just wish there was more to it like the Verizon app

Half the time the app doesn’t even work. You try logging in in the app just closes.

For a Kansas company, they are trending with the times and make the steps to become a more user friendly app! Love the new update and the service I get with Nex-Tech Wireless!
Does it do ANYTHING?
This app fails to show ANY account info whatsoever. I log in, look around, nothing. Only things that work are external web links and the log out button. However I’m not sure what I’m logging out of since there was nothing of value there in the first place.

I’ve had this app for two years and it use to work but for the past year it hasn’t. I wish it would get fixed because I’d rather not have to go into a location just to pay my bill. Nothing loads on the app and if I try to add a payment method or do anything it says check your network everytime even though it’s just the app not ever working.

A couple of updates that I would like to see:
Ability to stay signed in. It is awkward and time consuming to log in every time. Even better would be the ability to log on with fingerprint ID like so many other apps.
Would also like to see the app incorporate iOS widgets. Verizon had a great widget which instantly allows user to see data usage for the current period.

Network connection error
Have tried several times to open this and don't even get to the point to log in. The screen just says please check your network connection. I did it with my wifi on and off with no luck.
IF ONLY IT WORKED!!!!
This would be great if it would work at all! Fix it please!
