  • No push notifications for social comments

    What sort of app for social monitoring doesn’t allow push notifications?! Social Studio and the app have a LONG way to go to be on par with the competition.
  • Useless App

    I only use this app because my job requires it. Social Studio is useless. It doesn’t let you upload videos at the same size that Facebook and Instagram accepts. The app has other glitches like not being able to tag people/pages. When we I post multiple photos on Facebook it duplicates the caption for every photo. These issues have been around for year. Get it together.

  • Do not purchase this product!

    I transferred to this platform for my social channels and have found it to be very basic and kit able to perform at the standard it says it can. There are constant issues and using this platform adds more time to my day having to deal with the issues than if I jumped on and posted things natively to my social channels. Do not recommend, particularly if you have time sensitive information.

  • NEW GLITCH - Amazing App

    Just recently when trying to schedule out posts on the mobile app, the dates and times do not appear. When you click “Schedule” the scroll bar does not show any dates, hours, or minute options past the current time. You can scroll and schedule on out anyway, however it’s invisible so you have no clue what day/time your selecting.

    Other than this, the app is fantastic!

  • Horrible

    This app does not work as it should. The engage column cuts out and does not let you go back in history (sometimes no further than 20 mins). I used the use the app to engage with posts but because of this issue I can’t. I have raised a complaint but it’s not going to be fixed anytime soon. Would recommend going with a competitor

  • Unreliable and inconsistent

    Several members of my team use Social Studio for monitoring our business pages. Unfortunately, many times when one person takes action (such as hiding comments), the next persons dashboard does not indicate that this action was taken (a hidden post still appears).

    Overall the app is a bit clunky and not easy to use. The desktop version works well—the app, not so much.

  • Action multiple posts

    I can’t find a way to select multiple similar posts to apply a macro and it is not practical for me to apply macros to multiple posts individually. If there is a way to select multiple posts to action together, I couldn’t find it.
  • So many bugs

    Numerous bugs in the app. As one example, once I schedule a post, the app won’t save any changes I make. Overall a poor product and app.

  • Almost perfect

    I love how closely this app aligns with the desktop website. There are some limitations, like no filtering ability in the publish calendar, no way to reorder photos in tweets, but for the most part it’s really great. Hope development keeps coming.

  • Excellent functionality

    This app is particularly handy for managing incoming posts while I'm out of the office. Love it.
