App only works 10% of the time
As the title says app doesn’t load 90% of the time and is super slow whenever it does load, whoever is running this app needs to get there act togetherapp user 1996
Good basic app.
I can easily check my balances immediately on opening the app. I can deposit checks, make transfers, check transactions, and pay bills. Super simple, easy, no frills. Love it!WGEA
Pretty functional
I wasn't a fan of the new branding and color scheme but its always been reliable enough and fast as long as you have a good connection. The CU is a great place to bank.MakeItLoveIt

I have been part of OUCU for a while now, and it has been a great experience. Getting the mobile app has made my life much easier and streamlined. I don’t really understand why it’s so low rated (*just realized the reviews are from 4 years ago*). Great app!S.P.A.M Games
App has taken a nosedive
Increasingly poor performance. Remote check deposit functions are HIDEOUS at best. Whether auto-capture or manual, the app will no longer focus, checks are either declined for deposit, or worse, accepted, deposited, then rejects by the payer’s institution, resulting in unannounced retraction of funds. As iPhone evolves, the OUCU app devolves; and frankly, the OUCU continues to devolve as an institution.

Useless App if you can’t login after update
App was updated now I can see my balances but if I try to login it just blanks the password and sits thereSirchKismet
Completely Worthless
It is impossible to even get into this app. Either don’t bother with the app, or fix it!fh953
Won’t open
I never had any trouble until the last update now it says it’s my WiFi or something but it’s not. My husband didn’t update and it’s working fine. Please fix!!Campbell37
New interface is not user friendly
I find the new interface horrid, the old one let me see more on on view without scrolling and was clearer to what account was what. I want the previous display of information back.lasflower
WAS great
This app was awesome until about last month. Now it crashes constantly & I can’t even get into my account. I have to force quit the application several times for it to finally work. Brand new phone so it is on their end.mariegael
