WAS great
This app was awesome until about last month. Now it crashes constantly & I can’t even get into my account. I have to force quit the application several times for it to finally work. Brand new phone so it is on their end.
I like the app when it works. SLOW LOADER
Why does the oucu app take for ever and a day to load the log in page? Great for account balances, transfers, etc. but seems to get more and more bogged down.
Slower than slow....
As with the previous reviewer this app has become more than a challenge of my patience! The constant having to remove it then reopen it multiple times is ridiculous! Why hasn’t this been fixed or explained?????

Takes forever to log in
It takes forever on this app to log in on the iPhone.
Slow app
This update to your app made it incredibly slow. It’s a pain to use now. Please fix it. iPhone 7 current iOS.
Latest update makes app super slow
I dont know why but since the newest update the application won’t open unless I keep shutting it out and restarting it several times. It’s beyond frustrating. This has been going on for quite a while and I figured it would be fixed by now so I kept waiting to submit a review but this has gone on long enough. Fix this please!!!!!

Brutally slow
For whatever reason, the latest version of this app coupled with the newer iPhones, results in a painstakingly long opening time. Often it takes several minutes for the app to open. Other than that, all the info and access is there and pretty much does everything you need it to do. Please update for faster opening!
