  • Technical issues

I’m not sure if this app is underdeveloped, needs to be updated by the creator, or is in the process of troubleshooting errors but I am not able to see my overall history and I have not been able to successfully set up an account to monitor the pattern of my baby’s kicks over the weeks since I began counting. The app limits what data I can see to the last five days. The reminder to count kicks works very well but not being able to see the trends with graphs and access to the overall history tab is troublesome. I get the same error every time I click “kick session history.” It is a great concept but it could really use some technical support and updating to ensure all the links function properly. To maximize the app as a pregnant woman, the kick session history feature needs to work well.

  • Reminders turning off 😔

I really like the simplicity of this app, but for the second time now it has stopped pushing my reminders through my notifications. I will probably continue to use the app since it has so much of my data now, but it is really disappointing and I am often forgetful so I have some anxiety about forgetting to get my counts done.

If I was to be ultra nit-picky, I really don’t like the yellow & red/primary color scheme, and the font is a little off-putting. But overall, an app like this should be easy to use and basic and it meets that expectation!

  • Some kinks shorn the app.

I like the overall look of the app and the aesthetic. However, when doing a kick counting session, sometimes I don’t know that I didn’t finalize my session and it didn’t register - so I basically lose all the data I just input. This wasn’t just one time, it happens frequently. Also, for some reason, I was signed out of the app but it never notified me and there was no indication I was signed out so I was doing kick counting sessions for days and even I tried to check the history, I couldn’t access any of the data. When I showing some time trying to troubleshoot that’s when I realized I wasn’t logged in. When I logged in, none of those previous sessions were saved. I have another app that works better. Such a shame because I really like how this app looks.

  • Glitchy

This app is incredibly glitchy. With my previous pregnancy, I had a few months of data logged and then it was suddenly gone/lost. I created a new account and for the remainder of the pregnancy, data was logged/saved.

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and figured I’d give this app another try, but I can’t even create a new account using Apple or Facebook, as it says it’s “unable to authenticate” or something. At this point, I don’t even want to bother logging in with my old account as I don’t care to encounter another glitch and lose all my data again.

Kick counts AND learning your baby’s movement/routines are very important, so if this app doesn’t work for you (as it doesn’t work for me), find something else.

  • Great app, great support

This app was recommended to me by my doctor when I entered my third trimester. It’s been fantastic. Straightforward, easy to use, doesn’t interrupt you with ads or other nonsense, and it gives me peace of mind.

They also have top notch customer service. I had an issue where I was logging without being logged in, and they got back to me within a day after I contacted support - and they got my data back. So, so pleased with this app!

So happy you love the app! Thank you for your kind review!
  • Especially great for high risk pregnancies

I have three factors that caused my pregnancy to be high-risk, so finding this app provided comfort in-between doctor’s appointments. I have information ready to share with my doctors as it tracks your history in graph forms. It is mobile, so I can also use it while at work. The technology is also not overwhelming, and the auto-save features allows you to continue even if your phone exits the app. I highly recommend to any expecting mothers!

  • Update messed everything up

Edit: I was eventually able to log in and my data was mostly still there (last session didn’t save movement strength).

I was enjoying the app, but recently updated it as prompted. It started acting buggy (couldn’t finish the session or save it). I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I can’t log in at all. I tried “forgot password” and still can’t sign in. New update made the app super buggy, the forgot password process is painfully slow, and now I lost my data unless this can be fixed.

  • Kinda stressful

First, the Apple Watch app does not work at all. I downloaded this app specifically because it said it was Apple Watch compatible and it doesn’t work. I don’t have my phone on me most the day so I missed tons of sessions because I can’t log them.

I’ve had this app for about a week and every single day the little tip or fact that pops up is solely about still birth and fetal demise. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I don’t need to see this and not just every day, but every time I log a kick session it’s the same pop up for 24 hours about still birth or how often still birth happens or “meet our ambassadors and their stories” and every single one I read is about them suffering a still birth. Like Jesus can this stop?! Can we get anything else for these pops ups except all of our biggest fears? And there is no way to turn this off. You have to see it every time you finalize a kick session. Maybe I’m unlucky and getting them non stop but I’m about to delete this app if I get one more.

  • Lost two weeks of history

Used the app on a guest account for two weeks. After counting today, I created an account to get a better view of kick history. Unfortunately, all the history I could see is now gone. This is especially frustrating because the history was saving just fine when just using a guest account but the app leads you to believe creating an account would improve reviewing the kick history.

While this bug is being addressed, a notification or warning about loosing your kick history would at least be honest.

  • Good App

Good App! I love how it keeps track of the all kick for you. Very easy to use and tracks all of your data and keeps it in one place

The only down side to this app is that it crashes every so often and you lose all of your previous data, starting over from scratch. That’s annoying, but it still does a good job of keeping track of kick counts.
