Before this new system, everything was working great. I had no problems logging in and accessing my online account. However now if you type in your password incorrectly 1 time it disables your whole account. You have to call them in order to unlock it. Then once it's fixed I tried to reset my password but it didn't let me. So I type in the correct password from before and it still disables my account. By this time they are annoyed that I keep calling to unlock my account. This system has gone a bit too far. Now I have no way to access my account and see how much money is in my account or any of my transactions. I can't check to see if my direct deposits are working or anything.
