Great app to get you started. Like the way music is mixed to match exercise tempo! Wish there was warm up and cool down timers added, though.

So far so good! This app, is quick and easy to use after a day at the office! It also helps keep weight down and gives you a quick but good work out in 7mins! Also the music is great to listen to while doing it! :)
Excellent app
This is a great little work out for anyone who is always in the go and not much time to spend working out. As a busy working mum, I find this app great to throw in a little work out after he kids are in bed!!! Don't have time to hit the gym, so this is perfect to keep me in shape.
