Toxic Community
The gaming community on this app is toxic. About 2/3 people I play with I have a bad experience playing with. Friendly fire is possible when playing and that can lead to my base getting destroyed. There’s no incentive to work as a team in coop skirmish. The players are like hungry dogs that play for themselves.
Example 1. The AI base was almost destroyed but then my “teammate” took his whole army are destroyed my base. I couldn’t finish the mission and ended up quitting as it was my only option.
Example 2, player talked me into believing we could get more money by destroying transport cars. He ended up getting all the rewards.
Example 3, player destroyed my based and circled my HQ. Cursed at me through the chat.
Not everyone is toxic in this community but there is enough toxic people to make me dislike the game. I want to see a solo skirmish option for AI. I’d rather play by myself so I can actually have fun against AI. Lastly, pairing que allows you to play with players who are 2-3 levels above you. This makes it’s even more toxic because the more advanced players play with the lower lvls to take advantage of them.
Not a great community and no way to report players for toxic actions. Would be great to ban a player for 24hrs for being toxic. Game needs a report option to report these toxic people.Show lessSolly00
Do NOT play this game
I can’t recommend enough that you STAY AWAY from this game. It markets itself as a Real Time Strategy game, but there is no strategy involved, it is simply the fact of who can spend the most money to win. Matchmaking can put you against players who have bought their way 2 levels above yours and have all the upgrades that are locked to you. If you try beating your opponent, they can simply throw money at the game via the in-game “boosts” that can range from adding more range and damage to your units, removing your need for power plants, removing your need for an economy or instantly rebuilding any structures you destroyed for FREE.
Any reviews praising this game for good gameplay or caring about their players are absolutely false and most likely either paid for or the staff of the developers writing reviews about their own gameShow lessZom3slayer

Thank you for sharing your opinion about the game. We will not enter into polemics, since in this case, most likely, this does not make any sense. We just note two facts: 1) AOW3 is free for everyone, you can play and win without any purchases, cause the game provides free development possibilities for all players; 2) for almost 7 years in the release, the number of players has increased dozen if times, while making a purchase in the game (at least one) about every tenth player. The rest play without any donation, many of those players are very successful, earned medals and top places in the Ratings.Beta tester

Since Conamd and conquer generals I have not seen a game that came close … of / anything … till this on the iPad ….. funtioms on pc are so much better … but as an I pad game it does the job 10/10
I think if it was taken to the next level to be a pc game while adding all the other features from red alert and generals …. This will be amazingShow lessBomub
Unbelievable.
I spent months just opening chests and watching ads so I could research the top stuff early without going head to head with anyone until I was ready. I didn’t know that the troop balance would be so far off between the two. If you are wondering why the world map is almost blue then think no longer. The resistance is purposely weaker.
For example, I just had a flag capture match. I had all three flags and kept a steady assault on his base so he couldn’t move for 30 minutes... All he had to do was make a small group of flying flamethrowers and my entire army was wiped out. He literally had no resources and nowhere to build. What a joke! Don’t waste your time on this lopsided garbage. I wasted so much of mine already……..Show lessdissappointergamerr

The game is great but could you please add :
1. player vs ai mode as well (like offline mode) , sometimes there is no games to be found and I would really like to enjoy the game whenever I want.
2. Is crazy how hard is to earn money when you win between 1-5k cash per win, where a game can take up to 1 hour, imagine after you level up the troops after level 6-7 is starts asking for thousands, it’s impossible to upgrade without paying! Myself I already spent around 40 pounds and i’m not even 20% upgraded.
3. The game is great but please keep it updated as I am sure a lot of players still play and love the game.Show lessYawDaddy

As a child of the 80’s I’ve been searching for years for a Command & Conquer type mobile game for years.
This is as close to that game, the game I’d spend hours playing on my old Tiny PC with friends.

Actually good for a mobile rts game
I’ve always loved rts games this is one of the best rts games you can play on your iPhone good balanceing great ranked matches and tactics actually matter lack of pay to win mostly. And few ads.army wonter

Game gets so far through missions then it hangs on the loading spinning circle. Uninstalling and reinstalling same thing, doesn’t remember game saves until after doing the stupid tutorial then spinning circle. Needs fixing have spent money on in game purchases.
