I love this game!
I really can't say much that hasn't been said already, but I think this is a fantastic game. I love the feel, the way things work, the enemies... I love it. One thing though? Make the end screen slightly less sudden and terrifying. My sister was watching me play, and the first time I died and that screen came up, I jumped a little and she screamed. To be fair, we've both watched way too many horror games being played, but that was still scary. 10/10 game though, I would definitely recommend it!Show lessDianaHawk
Masterpiece
And I don't throw that around. The enemies and art style is awesome, and each zone looks spectacular. There are a variety of creative weapons to get including a really fast firing rocket launcher, which is my favorite. Each one is suited for different situations and most serve a dual purpose to help you get more treasure. The ending was very emotional. Definitely one of the best of the genre on the App Store. It can feel slow to get enough money to buy upgrades at the store, but if you've played some old school rpg's, you'll understand. The weapons don't take too long to upgrade, and are definitely useful for non- combat purposes too, you'll see after you get into the game. Overall, highly recommended. Metroidvania!
This is a great game, a hidden gem if you will. The game definitely surpasses the original in everything. The gameplay remains the same with loads of new weapons. The game is punishing and very rewarding when accomplishing a level. Enemies are tough and the environment can be cruel as well. The in-app purchase is a good help but almost unnecessary if you desire a challenge. Honestly, I can't wait for the release of Cally's Cave 3.Show lessChaoticAndroid

Horrible design, graphics and music are passable.
Why are there no invincibility frames? When there are enemies that chase you or that are walking towards you, it's almost guaranteed death unless you kill it first. Also the death screen is sudden and annoying. The character should fall to the ground when you die, then fade to a death screen, and you shouldn't have to wait that long to try again. Put a "try again" and "main menu" button on that sucker and add invincibility frames, you got yourself a fantastic app, easily my second favorite (battle cats hype) if these changes are made.Show lessSamShew7
Full of glitch but fun
Just fix the ennemy attack and dont reset the room everytime we died or comeback its easyly abusable.well i pass sometime on it,its was fun. :)Kappakaneo
Best platform shooter on IOS
This is by far the best free platform shooter on the App Store. I've beaten the game and have continued playing just to try and max out every weapon in the game. There's not a lot of good free to play games out there but this one is well worth your time if you're looking for an awesome retro platformer. I can't wait for the sequel.Show lesschesterocks7
