The user interface (UI) of the app is currently quite simplistic, but it requires an overhaul. The router is commonly utilized in the western region. It would be beneficial to incorporate a region selection feature specifically for Canada in an update.

Poor and Disturbing!
Overall this app is yet another example of poor interfaces for electronics products. Fails to connect to router unless you use specific settings. Very disturbing that I purchased and use this device in a different part of the world yet it only pairs when firmware and app set to “Chinese Mainland”. I stumbled across this information when I tried to add my router to the app. Refused to pair or connect using home country settings but connects immediately when I used the above mentioned setting. Hmmm
