Exceeds expectations
App - awesome app. All I need is to put my phone up, connect with lavalier and record both audio & video.
Customer service - prompt and super helpful. Never had any support effective & efficient.

The first Time
Okay had this app for a few hours now and as expected it has lots of features that will take a while to learn and incorporate into a working routine that suits our needs.
I'm was very quickly felt that we have made the right choice for what I consider to be a very low price for such a professional app and rate it as good as Movie Slate for design and presentation.
A very pleasant app for the studio and classroom don't be put off by the price, it's cheap and you will eventually get this after going around the other bargain basement apps out there so save time and money now and get this app first.

Wonderful concept, BUGGY BEYOND BELIEF
I love the idea, but unfortunately, it just doesn't work. Any attempts to use the remote almost always fails. Usually just when you need it to work and your talent is ready to go. The most common problem, is failing to sync the remote on the iPhone with the iPad. Once you resolve that, it's common for the remote to lose communication with the iPad. So this means you can't actually control text flow for your talent. But there are other issues. For instance, using Google Drive causes a crash, although dropbox integration does seem to work reliably. My main gripe is that it's so unreliable your talent will get up and leave before you ever make it work. But, if you can live with an unreliable interface, and not being able to control it during taping, then in general it's a good teleprompter. I would have to say in terms of presentation, and editing capabilities, it would be fantastic... If it just worked when I needed it.

Expensive and buggy.
I bought 2 copies of this app for 2 iPads to sync, for professional stage use, thinking, for the money, it must be of a professional standard. It's not. I wouldn't trust this app to prompt me at a wedding, let alone on stage in a professional setting. We never made it through a rehearsal with out the app crashing, or being out of sync. Totally overpriced, and a colossal waste of money.

Can you give no stars?
Made the mistake of updating before a job. I depend on the remote function with this app and this is now very broken.
When you sync the two devices and choose the flip function only the colour bars are flipped. As soon as the script appears it is the not flipped, so won't work with hood.
Also the remote device kept displaying the script upside down. Tried locking rotation on remote device. Both devices then only displayed the script in portrait.
