Problems downloading latest issue

I subscribe to the digital version of Better Home and Gardens and pay biaApple. April’s edition has been released but I cannot access the subscribe buttons to make my purchase. I have tried turning my iPad off and on again and deleted the app and reinstalled, both to no avail. Now the app is crashing. I am disappointed because I enjoy the magazine and get a lot of design and cooking ideas from it. This is the first time I have encountered this and am asking for support to resolve this issue. Subscriptions

My subscription ran out after the November 2018 issue, BHG rang me to ask if I wanted to renew and I told them no but they take money out of my account every month and I receive no magazine, I’ve tried to unsubscribe but everything is greyed out and won’t let me do anything, I’ve tried reporting the problem but I get no response, no star rating from a very irate loyal past customer.

Disgraceful

We purchased a year subscription (wrong decision), after 4 months the app says we need to pay for the next issue. Contacted helpline, what joke, they told me to delete the app and reinstall it. I did that and reinstalled previous issues, no change in problem. Response from phone support “sorry cannot fix the problem contact head office “. Buyer beware

How do I get a refund on my pre-October 2016 issues please?

I even threw out the hard copies that I had to save space as it never occurred to me that you would take away our access to these. I am really missing them but given how long this problem has been going on for I have lost any hope that you are actually going to fix it. I paid a lot of money for all of those pre-October 2016 issues (including special editions) and would like a refund now please.

Wrong Continent on app

The app is the Australian version not the United States version so it is not letting me sign in. Where’s the U.S. version?!

Major issue with this magazine download.

I reported the issue of loss of all magazines previous to October 2016. Today I downloaded the latest magazine but all previous magazines have disappeared again and require require redownloading. These issues were reported months ago. I cannot give this magazine any star rating as the issues are long term and ongoing.

A developer response that you are working on the issue is not good enough after this period of time. The developer needs to communicate what the problem is and give a reasonable time frame during which it will be fixed. If not fixed in that time then compensation should be offered.

Minuse 5 star

Still not happy after downloading all previous magazines and using all my download I find today that it is asking again for me to download the same magazines. So not only do I have to pay for a subscription that doesn’t work I have to download every magazine any time I want to read one I have previously paid for.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS APP ITS A RIP OFF

Update has made the app lose all my magazines I have purchased now asking for payment and asking me to purchase subscription which has only just been renewed not happy to say the least have canceled my auto renewal subscription to this and others magazines we should be refunded our subscription but I won’t be holding my breath

Beware!

This app should not be available until it is functional. The digital version of Better Homes and Gardens is not made available until week’s after the print version is released.

The poor staff at Pacific Magazines acknowledge the problem but have no solutions - don’t bother emailing - you will get no response.

I had no problems with the app when it was under the Pocket Mags umbrella. Luckily I bought my subscription through the App Store and Apple have refunded my subscription since the app does not provide what it is supposed to.

Until this is sorted I will go back to the print version.

Terrible

The overhaul of the app is terrible. It takes forever to download an issue whereas it used to be quick and now even after you download it it can be really grainy while the page opens properly which also takes ages. Features like being able to pin things to Pinterest are gone. It crashes far too often. The previous version was great, why did you take such a massive step backwards!?

Australia version

For some reason the put the Australia version on the US store. Where is the US version? I can’t log into my subscription.
