This version fixes an issue which occasionally has added a single measurement point with a wrong relation between the LA numbers and frequencies for the neighborhood cells after a cell reselection. Also the value of the RDC counter is now added to each measurement in the resulting CSV file. The visualization of RDC counter changes will be added into the next version of Covermap.
