I had two matches in a matter of minutes when signing up to this app. One of the matches was supposed to be local but said she was in Singapore and after only one message asked for my number for WhatsApp.
I don't give my number out straight away and I very much doubt any female in the right mind would either! I assume this was a fake profile, it's a shame really went I have genuine intent to meet someone.Show lessCarl7521
TONS OF SCAMMERS
Tons of scammers here, and not just the mild kind…there are scammers and fake profiles who will con you for your money, cryptocurrency, and even commit sextortion/blackmail with what they claim are explicit photos of the victim. Ok app but...
It is ok app but there seem be quite a few people who will ask for your WhatsApp and talk to for a week or two and then they talk to you about how they are earning extra money investing in cryptocurrency and ask whether you invest. If you say no then they said they teach you and then if you said you don't want to learn, they write long message lecturing you that investing in cryptocurrency will earn you money so you will have comfortable life. If you said no again, they stop talking to you. I have now meet three people who is like that.Show lessMaikurou
Scammers out there on this TAN-TAN App
There are heaps of scammers out there with this app! I only use once and already met 2 scammers from this app! My money lost ! Especially with those handsome chinese face ! Watch out the chinese from China gang! Never invest anything with them !Belly yeap

There are a lot of scammers in this application who using others people pictures and trying to make video call and record everything and then ask for money…it just happened in a moment ago… if you wanna find right relationship, I suggest you not use this application. 5 Star Scam
Like all of the other reviews, I have many matches in this app. Have not met a single real person. Everyone has been a catfish, or a fraud. They will add you insta, telegram, what’s app, Snapchat, whatever and screen share some girl naked and try to get you to show yourself and then try to blackmail you. Luckily, it’s so obvious from quality of the video you should be able to catch it. All you gotta do is talk and they don’t talk back. Or they try to get you to invest into crypto, they are real persistent on it or they have no interest in you. They want you to invest into things or download things that don’t even exist. Why is this in the AppStore? TanTan is doing absolutely nothing to stop these frauds.Show lessstylinxitalian

Waste of money. 90% of the profiles here are fake. No real benefits if you pay for it. Should be given a 3 day trial to see how useless and bad this app is. Multiple fake accounts with same photos and different names.Wownot
The scammiest dating app
This app is so painful. Sure you’ll get lots of matches. But 99% aren’t in the country (Australia) despite the all showing them within 10km. I don’t know if they are scamming or the app is just broken.
I got hundreds of matches but only one was a real person I could meet. (Compared to say Bumble etc, fewer matches but all were real). Almost all are fake photos or robotic replies following a scam pattern (usually asking for your WhatsApp)
My biggest complaint after the GPS problem is that they don’t get rid of these scam profiles. They ask for photo proof in making a report, which is hard because they don’t let you take screenshots. And when I have added evidence, they still don’t delete the offending profile
At least for Australian users, stick with the big dating apps.Show lessSimon_from_Oz
Scam central!
I tried this for one week. I noticed right off that multiple profiles were using the same girl’s pictures. In one week, I had 232 replies all of which lead you to a different chat app. 197 of them were running the crypto scams! They won’t stop talking of their vast riches and how you need to invest. 33 were running the hookup scam sending you to adult pay sites, asking for gas money, fix their cars, need iTunes card to make their camera work!!! 2 people seemed real but eventually they revealed the scams. I even had 3 admit they were men told to pretend to be women to sell the investment schemes! That was my test week. And please, look up how these scams are done. Never send money to anyone you never met or know. They prey on people’s desire to find someone. That is sick.Show lessdslrf
