App not working
The app, login, forgot password, none of it is working. Not sure how the mark can be missed on such a basic level of customer careNot User Friendly
I have had Diff Card for many years now and never have their services been user friendly except the one year or so the submissions for payment involved uploading a pic or scan of a bill. That seemed to be any easy process. All other formats gives the appearance of being simple only to lead to some point where the user appears stuck with no submission confirmation.Show lessTerrible directions
I received an email telling me to go to my benefits tab. I can’t find that anywhere. This is an extremely terrible website.
