Great content, confusing navigation
I’m loving the detail in this app, with the birdsongs, locations, ecology, and other info. The ability to add sightings and notes is great too. My main criticism is the navigation is a little awkward and unintuitive. It took quite a while to figure out that the tick boxes are to make a custom list or compare... I think ??(but doesn’t seem to be a way to save that list?), and not to ‘tick off’ selected species, which is what it looks like as there are tick boxes next to every bird. There’s also no way to see a list of birds I haven’t recorded sightings for, or to sort sightings by family. I wonder if these are features that could be added?

I like the fact that so much information is given that is very specific to Scotland- numbers, habitat, etc.
Excellent App
An excellent reference app for Scottish birds. Complete for both visual and audio use. A small problem I was having with audio on my iPad was handled quickly and professionally by the app support (iPad quirk not the app).
Missing birds still
C,mon guys, sea duck section still missing 6 months l8r, don't u read your reviews? The ducks are mixed in with other species so can't find the duck u want quickly when in the field! Which this app is all about is it not?

Loads of information, songs, pictures, and good listing feature! Even the rarest vagrants seem to be included. Well done!
Great App!
This is something I was looking forward to - an app including all Scottish birds! Excellent sighting tool and very good description of breeding status, local population and local distribution for our birds.
