Must have for anyone interested in bjj
I would suggest this app to anyone thinking of starting bjj, or wanting to learn bjj. I also think that current bjj instructors should suggest this app to new students.
I downloaded grapplearts submissions, sweeps, and defense apps. They are excellent and I have been using them to help me drill with other white belts.
This app is more of a prequel of those three. It shows you the basic positions and what you should be doing there and why.
Bjj to me is essentially an intellectual arms race! The more you know than your opponent the more of a leg up you'll have.
By watching and studying grapplearts apps you'll be able to gain bjj knowledge in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
Next step is to use this knowledge, finding a training partner, and drill the moves till they become muscle memory!

Outstandingly Good!
An absolute must have for anyone who wants to see the BJJ Big Picture.
Excellent App, Great Instruction
I really like Stephan's teaching style. Very good, rock solid fundamentals, great video production value. One small improvement I'd like to see in future versions is for videos to transition automatically to the next instead of having to click on each one individually.

Best Apps for BJJ
Stephan Kesting’s submissions, sweeps and especially sub defense apps are the best valued bjj apps i’ve seen by far. This one is another useful addition to your knowledge base.
I’d strong recommend this for anybody with 3 years or less experience or anybody wanting to learn about teaching BJJ clearly. Or anybody wanting rethink the area of the games that he covers here.
