Stephan's apps are rock solid. The road map to BJJ app is all about fundamentals. Focus and drill the fundamentals and your game will go through the roof. I use Stephan's apps as a curriculum and this new road map app is a way for me to visualize and mentally drill the fundamentals when I can't be in the gym. Stephan has had a huge impact on my BJJ journey and I have never met him in person yet through his apps he is one of my top and favorite instructors. No nonsense, detailed, easy to understand techniques that you can incorporate right away. Use this app like a daily affirmation. Just a little bit every day and you will have a bunch of ah ha moments on the mats.

As with all of Stephan's apps, this one clearly articulates all aspects of each move, provides a well thought out overview of BJJ principles and is the perfect app for someone getting into BJJ.

World class app
I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve or sharpen their bjj skills. Stephen has done a phenomenal job bringing the art of bjj to the 21st century. With a great you tube cannel and easily accessible apps he had created a way to learn and train even when you are away from your school. 5 stars for sure!!!

A Road map it is!
After only spending a few minutes browsing through the app one can already see the organization Stephan brings to a seemingly chaotic and sometimes overwhelming sport. There is enough content here to keep you learning and moving forward for a long time without having to purchase anything. Thanks.

Kesting's apps are an extremely well done and useful resource for all BJJ practitioners. I refer to them consistently to learn new techniques and to refine techniques I've already learned. Kesting also seems like a swell guy and deserves a mention for that as well.
