Printer is useless without the app. Once I press “print”, the app closes itself. Very disappointed. PLEASE fix the appkiby2.0
Would be great if it would actually work
Printer itself works beautifully, but this app is atrocious. Regardless of which photo I want to print, as soon as I click it, the app crashes. This is turning into a real waste of my money.bdtndfhmfuk

This printer works great, but the app continues to crash!!! Everytime I select a picture the app crashes! It’s so frustrating!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO I CAN PRINT MY PICTURES!!!!xboxgirl23
it ok
when I turn it work and then all the sudden it on 100 but then it going down everyone i take a picture. i can take one picture and it goes to 70%.kenDanielle

It worked for me a few times, sometimes it randomly will work. But most every time i open the app it only shows like one picture from months ago. And it makes me really sad because I love pictures and I want to document and preserve my memories they make me so happy. So please I beg you fix your stupid app. Thank you!Show lessrealfeels4ever
Worked twice.. then stopped
I had the same issue everyone else did unfortunately :( I was able to print two photos, then after that the app just stopped working. I’d go to choose a photo and no matter which one I picked, the app would crash. Reinstalled it, restarted my phone.. nothing worked. Thank goodness we’re in the safe zone to return it. It’s a bummer because the hardware works just fine, but without the app it’s rendered totally useless :(Show lessLizzyGenesis
What happened?
I have had this printer for over a year and it’s been great! I printed a bunch of pictures for my mom and ran out of photo paper. Bought more and guess what?!? The app doesn’t work right. Can’t access my pictures. I deleted the app and then put it back on my phone. Nope...still can’t get my pictures 😣 I love the printer...great quality pictures but something needs to be done on the app.Show lesslazerrose

When I open the gallery there are no pictures available to print. Nothing shows up.hendkdif

The app will not properly access my photo library. The phone number for the warranty department just rings. I have spent $140 for the printer and refill cartridges that are completely unusable.Meow Kapow!
Horrible
I genuinely despise this app. The printer itself is great, but there is no use to it (which is very disappointing) due to it constantly lagging me out of the app as well as not showing my most recent pictures. I absolutely hate it. Fix it ASAP please. I can’t stand it one bit and I am sure no other customer enjoys this as well.Show lessPoohBearC23
