Very disappointed
If I could I would give 0 stars, got the printer for Christmas and was so excited because I have been wanting one for awhile. Really wanted to keep up on printing pictures of my kids and make photo collages. App will not show even half the pictures in my photo gallery so I have a printer I can’t even use because the app is uselessShow lessDios mama

I love this thing! I was reluctant on buying from seeing these reviews but it’s actually great! I think the recent update really worked. The quality of the pictures are down slightly but otherwise it’s perfect.Rnz123

So upset that I bout this printer for 119.00 and can’t even use it because this App won’t load on my phone!!! Why would you people sell something that doesn’t work? Amazon gave this 5 stars and I give it 0 stars!! I’m returning this! Your not going to get me for my hard working money!lildenie!
So disappointed
After saving to buy this luxury printer I find the app to be a dismal disappointment. I can’t access any recent pictures which for me, defeats the purpose of having it as I bought it to compliment my journaling. Please, please update and fix this issue. Inconvenient
This app is great, but for some reason, certain pictures won’t show on my gallery and I’m not able to print them. Really inconvenient...
There should be a way to change the password on the printer, too. For people who know how the appliance works (for example, friends or family) might use it without permission.Show lessKellerette
