Airbrush color
There are times when the shade color is off when I spray it! I shake shake and shake, and there are times when it sprays out a dull off shade that is obvious and does not compliment my complexion!
Then there are times when I spray and I’m satisfied!!!

Love this product, I have been using it for years.
Not able to sign in
I created an account online and downloaded the app. It says my email or password is not correct but it is. Changed my password online and still doesn’t work. Deleted app.
Not user friendly
I entered the full name of the product I was wanting and it brought up everything else. I started a chat and that didn’t work out, it kicked me out and then I went to another page and boom there was what I was looking for.

Horrible
I did the trial and the make up doesn’t match. I checked website and it’s just as horrible as the app. Does not show any account info for you to see your name, contact info or payment info. Got charged and sent more makeup when online and in the app do not reflect any orders or subscriptions.

Trash App
I ordered the airbrush spray kit. So I downloaded the app. It said that I didn’t have an account when I logged in. So I made an account and it said I haven’t ordered anything. I put in my orders number still not found. But took my money for the trial.
