  • Good looking

Good looking but not perfect. Walls keep moving by accident and I have a hard time to keep wall parallel.
Would be great to have more plumbing. Not just toilet bath or shower. But also precise points for actual piping and sizes to fit in structure. When you build on a slab the drain points are very important.

  • Quick Mock-ups

Been using this app for years. It has definite limitations in the ability to design exact details (specific window and door profiles etc), but is excellent in providing quick layout and design mockups that can give you adequate information on how a project will work in floor plan and 3D. Being able to guide a client through a 3D model and make changes on the fly is very beneficial. Easy printable floor plans, elevations, and site plans are a bonus.

  • Great App

Easy to use. Absolutely intuitive. Help is fairly useless; however, mostly unnecessary. Has limitations but this isn’t SolidWorks for 1,000’s of dollars.
  • ArchiTouch Pro 3d quality app

Ive been using this app for several years. It has served me well a builder/remodeler for making my own plan drawings for small and medium sized projects and has saved me countless times over. However, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe there are aspects of the app could be better. 1) better 3D graphics, 2) interactive tutorial for technical support, and most importantly 3) a better option for cross section/elevation drawing. This elevation view is absolutely critical for construction drawings. I use the “work plan” tools to do this in the floor plan model and I get by with it. However, this is not ideal because there are certain icon options that are not available such as long shaped angled arrows for small details to point to. All and all though this is a fantastic application and I recommend it to anyone for hobby or even if you are in my industry as well.

  • Great Go To App

It’s very user friendly and pretty robust for DIY design. We are a design build contractor and this app has help our business tremendously the past 4+ years

I wanted to write this with you because I’ve been using this piece of software for awhile now and I’ve got to say it’s absolutely brilliant.

It allows the user to visualise the building export 3-D model which is great for architects, planners, quantity surveyors to enable to cost works.

The other great thing is the functionality of it full reports that can be made available even things like painting remodelling and now with net zero aspect of insulation of the whole building.

We would like to see some other functions added if possible possibility of materials on the ground floor ie concrete m,suspended floors other than that, it’s great piece of software superb

  • Formidable app but need a few tweaks

I purchased the may years ago and have enjoyed its fantastic abilities has a few issues I wish would be addressed
    1. Selecting own slab height,
working on Indian projects with variable ceiling heights in the same property always causes conflicts with doors ; stairs; openings etc .

    2. In this age of AI would hope it would grow to be more intuitive.

I bought a life time Licence and would give this 9.5 /10

Please fix this one issue or make it more intuitive .

Great value for money, this is the one I take with me everywhere.

  • Great App !

I have recently purchased this app and find it to be a great app. I have used others before and they don't have accuracy and preciseness of this app to rely on for actual plans. It does take some learning as you might expect in an app that does what this does.
I would like to see an expansion of the furniture library as it is missing some basic items such as air conditioning, microwaves(built in), food pantry etc . Those things may be less common in France but they are very common in places like USA, Australia etc

the limitations on editing in 3D mode can be frustrating - it only allows you to change the the surfaces and colors and navigation in 3D is not intuitive so its easy to get lost trying to move around the structure.
Overall though it allows you to rapidly build a design model and make changes and then change them into precise plans.

  • This app is 4stars in my opinion .

It’s not very good if you are a kid do not get it is not fun but with hard work it can come in handy . I have used it to plan my bedroom at the new house my parent bought . You do not have to pay to play but you do have to subscribe (which you have to pay ) to save your work which is annoying . Overall a good game !😃😄

  • Great but needs more

This is a great app. I’ve been using it for fun, designing dream homes and recreating my own house so I can visualize a future house project or to rearrange furniture. It doesn’t need changing in terms of design and mechanics but it would do well with some additions. Really could use some love from the creators, this app is a gem but it needs polishing.
My suggestions: - Curves on walls - More furniture - More appliances - More Fixtures - Trendier design options - More decoration accessories - Add image from device for the wall (wallpaper for example) - Add elevators and other limited mobility features - Colour accuracy needs to be tweaked - More textures - Add vehicles - Add pathways - Add tutorials, I’ve been trying to design an underground garage with a ramp and I can’t seem to work it out on my own. - Add misc objects like gym equipment, plants…
There’s an app called Planner 5D and they got perhaps the richest house design catalogue I’ve ever seen, they even have a PS5 3D model in their catalogue! But their subscription prices are ridiculous. If you guys can have such a catalogue but for a fixed price instead of a monthly fee, you can have my money
