Again having had everything reset last week Authenticator does not work so cannot connect to SAP systems. This is poor service poor apps poor testing - poor company. Please get yourself sorted.Bob_Mcstar

Latest update whipped out credentials
First, it crashed until I updated. Now it asks for my pin/pwd. Once I enter it, I get blank screen. How is it possible to break such a dead simple application?alex.x86

I can access my universal ID and see my S user accounts but I can’t get multifactor authentication on a third party app set up as it doesn’t have a link to that for me!
