About

Count your whole bar in minutes. Point your phone at any bottle, AI identifies immediately, tap the count. Go on to the next bottle. You can do 20 bottles in under 2 minutes. AI in the background is creating the order, ready to be emailed to your different distributors with one click of the button. Built for the bars still doing it on a clipboard. How it works 1. Point the camera at a bottle. 86'd identifies it — name, brand, category. 2. Tap the count on the number pad. 3. Next bottle. That's the whole loop. No barcodes to hunt for, no bottle names to type, no spreadsheet at 2am. Set it up once Every bottle remembers its price, its par level and which distributor it comes from. Count it once and every count after that arrives already parred and already grouped under its distributor. The Bottle Book shows all three for every bottle in one place — and tells you which ones still need setting up. When you finish counting 86'd works out what's below par, then splits it into one order per distributor. Email it, call them, or print it. Order history keeps what you've spent with each distributor and what you reorder most, so next week's order is one tap. Built for a real bar • Bar wifi is bad. Counts and settings save on the phone and sync when the signal comes back — a dead spot by the walk-in doesn't cost you the count. • Run more than one bar from one account. • Record who counted what, without giving your staff logins to remember. Who it's for Independent bars, taverns, neighbourhood spots and restaurants with a back bar. Anywhere inventory is still a clipboard, a calculator, and somebody's memory of who supplies the mezcal.
