Absolute worst company I’ve dealt with in the 18 years I’ve owned my restaurant. I’ve been waiting to hear back from my account manager for 5 months about why I’m being double charged every month. It took 2 WEEKS when I first signed up to get my credit card money deposited. They didn’t care and were hardly any help in fixing the issue. Printer is constantly showing error messages and when I chat with them they have no idea how to help. We have to google and research how to fix anything that goes wrong because if by chance you can get in touch with someone, they never know how to help.

Worst Update Ever
We’ve been using L Series for almost three years and it worked like a charm.
However we were forced to « upgrade » to L series.
It is now The Worst possible POS system I’ve worked with in 13 years.
They got rid of all the useful shortcuts. They force you into getting their payment system. MODS are complicated af. Tabs are worst. The layout doesn’t make any sense for a server to work with.
I could go on for pages and pages.
Do yourself a favour and get another POS.

Absolutely horrifying behaviour
On st Patrick’s day 7 pm full resto - APP goes BLACK couldn’t open any tab. Hundreds of drinks rung in ~ everything gone ….. WHY YOU ASK? ( you might need to sit for this one ) SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. AGAIN AT 7 PM ON ST PATRICKS DAY - FOR ONE FULL HOUR. ALL CLEARED - EVEN THE COMPUTERS IN THE BACK. FOOD IN FRYERS -OVENS -BURGERS ON GRILL COMPUTERS CLEARED WITH NO IDEA WHAT GOES WITH WHAT. HAD TO HAND CALCULATE BILLS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND NOT ONE PERSON WOULD ANSWER TO HELP US FOR AN HOUR WE WERE CALLING IT WAS BEYOND.

It’s not working on IOS 16
Light speed doesn’t work on iOS 16
Terrible company
If you ever have an issue with their product expect to not get a response. Customer service and my sales rep will not get back to me after emailing for close to a month. They are over billing me for my services even with a signed contract. Horrible company and truly have never had a worse experience with a company.
